30-Day High Vibe Guarantee
You may return any unworn, undamaged item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original packaging, including the authenticity card and ritual guide.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at care@auralume.com with your order number.
- We will send you a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the carrier.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-engraved pieces and final sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
